The Struggle Will Never End
He began the art of expressing himself through the works of music. He became a rapper as well as an entertainer. Amtacious Addy, aka Yung Canon was born in Texas and migrated to many states such as New York, New Jersey and now resides in Southwest Philadelphia where most of his childhood and young adult life took place. However getting around was not a choice for him. Money issues were something that everybody had and Y.C did not want to spend the rest of his life that way.

Ahmed Addy, the unique rapper/singer/producer for the 5-6 Famalia, better known to the music world as A-Boy or Prince Ahmed, has already endured many trials and tribulations during his life. Ahmed was born in Liberia, and he moved to the states while he was six months old. During his early childhood, he migrated from Queens, NY, to Houston, to New Jersey, and eventually to Philadelphia, where he spent a good deal of time growing up. He became quite a troublemaker, he got into a lot of fights, and he engaged in countless risky situations. Growing up in a rough neighborhood in South West Philadelphia, Ahmed learned how to become street smart real quick.

Holliwood, a.k.a. Akortey Addy is the youngest member of 5-6 Famalia, but you would never guess judging by the level of his lyrical content. He possesses the lyrical ability and maturity of rappers who are quite a bit older than him. Holliwood spent his early childhood in Houston, and then his family moved to South West Philadelphia, when he was in elementary school. Sometimes trouble would find him, and he sometimes he would find trouble. Holliwood learned from his experience in the streets. Although, he would get into trouble, he is a bright student, and an intelligent all-around person. Holliwood knew he would not just settle to be average.
